Usain Bolt Beats Ronaldo & Conor McGregor to ESPYs International Athlete Award
Jamaican Track & Field Legend Usain Bolt won the ESPYS Award for the Best International Athlete making this his 3rd award within an 8-year timespan.
He is now the first person to win the ESPYS three times, after being announced the winner at Wednesday’s ceremony in Los Angeles.
Bolt previously won the award in 2009 and in 2013.
In winning, Bolt beat out the likes of Real Madrid and Portugal striker Cristiano Ronaldo and mixed martial arts fighter Conor McGregor who were the shortlisted candidates.
