Event Review; Tropixx: Escape to Paradise.

July 8th marked a day for the hosts of Tropixx: Escape To Paradise. Shacquille T. Chambers who was the go-to man for Tropixx and was on-scene to greet myself as well as the other patrons when I arrived at approximately 8:25 PM.

It came to our attention that the event's time was pushed back a few hours due to technicalities beyond the hosts' control, nevertheless the hosts apologized for the inconvenience, and stated that the event was still on, but with a new start time of 7PM running 'til 2AM.
From the roadway, the sound system could be heard playing a few old hits and after lingering a bit on the grounds of the event the song choices grew more modern.

Patrons who arrived a bit earlier could be seen scattered but in close proximity, on the beach drinking, socializing and just waiting to make their way into the spotlight to fully enjoy Tropixx.

For a "bring your own cooler" event, these patrons certainly do know how to pack a cooler.. Numbers grew as igloos, bags, bottles, etc. came blasting through the gates of Fort Clarence Beach.

I, myself, met with Mr. Chambers and his exact words were, "you know where we go!" with glee. I knew just then, that Tropixx was going to be remembered. Some high class persons were also in attendance like the Super Soaked Team who's event is on July 15th @ Island Breeze Plaza (255 Spanish Town Road), DIP Team who's event will be held on July 22nd @ Olympia Crown Hotel, Ultra Wet team who's event will be hosted on August 12th and HD Boss, the host of Tea Cup & Skimpii coming this August and October 2k17 respectively.

The DJs were amazing. Zip DiscJock, ZJ Liquid, kicked off the hard vibe for Tropixx then came Bishop Escobar & Flabba Dabba. Those first 2 DJs really got the party warmed up.. Smashing the first half of the event, Team Shella came in to kick the ladies segment off and following them to close off was Team Fyah, DJ Fyah Rush mixing 'em new and hot tracks for the ladies.

Job well done to Mr. Chambers and all the people that helped to host Tropixx: Escape to Paradise!
