Do you think the YVA's should change their awarding strategy?

YVA's (Youth View Awards) the teen inspired music award celebrated its 10th Anniversary this year , none the less new complaints rather of a similar repeated ocassion where local  artists and their respective fans vents about the awarding strategies as to how artists wins for the respective categories. Besides the fact that its an opinionated award show based on votes by fans etc from the "Teen Perspective" artists feels belittled for the work they have done being it that they have topped charts  locally and abroad. Our news team have outlined cases where we realize the continued tention always occurs prior to the awarding strategies.

1.The irony plays a weird card as another artist in their category wins an award over them which is no where in comparison of the success of the more deserving artists which results in the bias sense of intensity in the award ceremony. For example  , recording artist Nesbeath with hit single : My Dream , this single has impacted multiple nations , topped a few charts but seem to not deserve an award under the eyes of the "Youths" or association?
Recording artists Spice has experienced this as well were here single "Boom Boom" at the time her single had a 4million view hit on YouTube , none the less another artist won the category she was in but was not on her level of achievement of that year!

2. People were unable to vote : There were complaints from people being unable to vote properly , our news team ourself  have experienced that , unfortunately after trying to communicate with any representative of the YVA's that was proven unsuccessful
