Category 4 Hurricane Matthew , slowly making its way between Haiti and Jamaica

Radar information from WhatsAppRadioJamaica reports that Hurricane Matthew is slowly approaching the gap between Jamaica and Haiti. Current maximum sustained winds are 145MPH which is have resulted in the short thunderstorm over South Eastern Kingston, Portland , St. Mary , St. Thomas and surrounding areas around Kingston and St. Andrew. Jamaica Public Service advice's that all electrical devices should be turned off or plugged during the passage of Hurricane Matthew. Allegedly National Water Commission (NWC) and JPS has sent out notice of Power outage and water lock off across the island at 6pm this evening.
